Refund / Rescheduling Policy

Upon signing up for this course you are agreeing to the following:

Failure to appear, regardless of reason or not being on time as per your schedule class times, to any portion of the course will result in a forfeiture of course tuition and a seat in the course. This also applies if you do not have the correct riding gear for the riding portion of the course.

Students that arrive to the course in the classroom or the range, without a current/valid Government Issued ID and/or the mandated protective gear will be asked to leave and forfeits all monies paid. In order to attend the course once again, the student must pay again full course costs. Students under the age of 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN APPEAR THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS TO SIGN PAPERWORK IN FRONT OF CMSP INSTRUCTOR. Both student and parent must have a current/valid form of Government ID.


Rescheduling Policy
Students that are:

  • Counseled out

  • Self-Drop (with Instructor consent)

  • Fail (either written knowledge test or Skills test)

Are given some options for POSSIBLE rescheduling

  • They may have to pay complete course fees again

  • May be charged a lessor amount

  • May challenge the two evaluations

This will be on a case by case bases, depending on each person’s success to that point in time. Please call the office on the next day to be given which option MAY apply to a person. In either or all causes as per State Rules and Regulations, you may have to do the complete course beginning with Classroom 1. As per State Rules and Regulations, regardless of which option may be available to you, it must be completed within 30 days from your original course date.

Rescheduling COULD be granted if you notify us 7 days or more in advance of your scheduled class start date, however a service charge of $125.00 will be charged. Rescheduling IF ALLOWED will be moved ONLY to the next available course. NO EXPECTIONS



Code of Conduct
Immediate dismissal (no rescheduling) for being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, reaction altering drugs, including over the counter or prescribed drugs, possession of weapons, intent to harm students and/or Instructor, foul and/or abusive language, abuse of equipment, willfully not following instructions and/or any intentionally unsafe act. If you are asked to leave, please do so in a safe manner. Speeding, spinning tires and other inappropriate behaviors are not conducive to safety.
