These following are within the policies & procedures established by the California Motorcyclist Safety Program. This course operates under the provisions of the California Motorcyclist Safety Program by contract to the California Highway Patrol.

There is no guarantee a student will complete or pass the course. All fees are non refundable.

Because of limited space & the tremendous demand for this course only serious students are encouraged to register. When you register you are paying for a guaranteed spot in a specific class date. Each session builds on the previous session(s) & all sessions must be completed in proper order before certificates are issued.

100% Forfeiture: must re-pay full course fee & start from the beginning of course.

• Failure to appear to any portion of the course without rescheduling 5 days prior to the 1st class date.
• Failure to pass either the written or the riding evaluation a 2nd time. (Failing students are rescheduled for a 2nd attempt at no charge.)
• Not completing training within 3 months of the original enrollment date.
• Voluntary withdrawal without consent of the RiderCoach (walk away) during any portion of the course.
• Rescheduling for a 2nd try & not showing
• DMV requires students must be present for all instructional minutes of the training course. Students who arrive late to any session or return late from break will not be allowed to continue.
• Students who arrive at a riding portion of the course without the necessary protective riding gear.
  

50% Forfeiture: must pay a re-booking fee of 50% & reschedule on a STANDBY BASIS ONLY

• Failure to provide Documentation of Eligibility at 1st session (i.e. valid Driver License, valid Learner Permit, or valid Certificate of Completion for Driver Ed).
• Under 18: Failure of parent / legal guardian to appear & sign paperwork with a photo ID
  
  
  

Grounds for IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL
A student dismissed for any of below violations are NOT ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE & NO REFUND WILL BE MADE

• Foul or abusive language to students or RiderCoach. Any deliberate act or intention of harm to students or RiderCoach. Deliberate abuses of the motorcycles or equipment. Willfully not following the directions or requests of any RiderCoach.
• Consumption of or being under influence of any alcoholic beverage or drug prior to or during the course (including proscription or Over the Counter drugs which influence operation of vehicles).
